HORRIBLE place to stay.. New managers are rude. My 3 year old had a nose bleed in middle of the night and I woke up &asked the manager if she wanted me to soak it since it was still wet. And offered to leave cash to pay for new pillow case or sheet set, whatever needed to be done. I was told not to worry about it. &then after getting home the following day, my card was charged $150. For "damaged property". So they tried to charge me more than the room itself for an entire weekend..for something that i offered to pay for in the first place, that i was told not to worry about. And then got charged over triple the amount it would cost to go to the store and buy new things for them, which I offered to do.
This would be zero stars if i could do that with google. If you manage or own a company do not conduct business with this motel. The manager at this property will confirm price with you and then try to negotiate after the work is completed. If you don't negotiate your price down they will not pay you. I have tried to talk to the owner and can not get past the gate keeper. Stay away from doing any type of business with this motel you will not get paid for your work or services.
Customer service was great! The guy that checked my mom and I in went way out of his way to get under my mom's car to take off a piece of the bumper skirt that fell down rubbing on the front passenger tire it didn't sound good at all I knew eventually it would have popped the tire but it's fixed and sounds great driving down the road I can't thank him enough ! I will definitely stay here when I come back in a few weeks!
Average hotel. Bad part is they keep the a.c. turned off and the fridge unplugged. The room is hot when you get there and you have to wait a few hours to use the fridge.
My husband and I had a quiet, restful stay . The room was clean and fresh. The girl who checked us in was very kind and helpful. I will recommend this motel to family and friends.
